As a Partnership Executive you will be a pivotal member of the Partnership Team, championing your partners interests internally, and ensuring that all resource is brought to bear to enable Global to deliver on our contractual and partnership commitments to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- BT Estate Management (70%): Lead on the management of the BT estate, across all formats
- Council Engagement (20%): Supporting the Head of BT on building advocacy for Street Hub across councils in the UK participating in pre-app meetings and preparing collateral
- Street Hub Inbox (10%): Taking full ownership of the inbox replying promptly and escalating issues when required

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you’ll have:
- Built strong working relationships with your immediate team, gaining a clear understanding of team priorities, workflows, and key challenges.
- Gained a solid grasp of BT’s structure and operations, establishing a positive and productive rapport with key contacts across the organisation.
- Taken full ownership of the Street Hub inbox, managing incoming queries and ensuring timely, accurate responses.
- Developed a sound understanding of the contractual obligations relevant to your role and how they translate into day-to-day responsibilities.
- Become proficient in the key systems and tools used to deliver reporting responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
- Built a working knowledge of how Global’s core departments (Commercial, Operations, Legal, People & Culture, etc.) operate and how best to collaborate with each.
What You’ll Need
- Super organised: Management of the Street Hub inbox, liaising with BT, Councils and Global’s digital delivery team to schedule copy and deal with ad hoc requests
- Powers of persuasion: Support the Head of Partnerships with delivering Global’s Council Engagement strategy building advocacy throughout councils across the U.K
- Eye for detail: Support on contractual reporting and record keeping for the BT contact, working with the Finance Team to ensure delivery of accurate and timely reports
- Accurate actions: Capture accurately and circulate all relevant meeting summaries, actions and minutes from both internal and external meetings
- Relationship skills: Develop and maintain a first-class relationship with BT. Building a positive and trusted partnership, safeguarding Global’s fantastic relationship.
