Personal Assistant (12-Month FTC)
Your Role: Personal Assistant to Directors (Finance and AdPower)
A brilliant opportunity for a highly organised, supportive and high-performing PA to support a group of four Directors, primarily across Finance and including the Director of AdPower. This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys staying one step ahead, managing competing priorities and becoming a trusted extension of busy senior leaders.
As a Personal Assistant at Global, you will:
Key Responsibilities
Director support and administration (70%)
- Provide dedicated, proactive support to multiple Directors across Finance and AdPower, acting as a true extension of them day to day.
- Deliver extensive and detailed diary management, using judgement to prioritise meetings, resolve clashes and make best use of time.
- Support with inbox management where required, flagging urgent actions and helping to keep priorities on track.
- Ensure Directors are fully prepared for meetings, with agendas, papers and actions in place.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries and other logistics.
- Support with team management administration, such as tracking holiday requests and ensuring relevant diaries are updated.
- Effectively manage entire expense claims for Directors, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Raise requisitions/purchase orders and ensure invoices are processed within payment terms.
- Maintain good practice with integrity and diplomacy, especially in relation to HR matters and confidential information.
Team support, coordination and events (20%)
- Provide support for team meetings and events across Finance and AdPower, including large team meetings and socials.
- Organise and support internal and external meetings, including room bookings, refreshments and virtual set-up, giving visitors the best possible experience.
- Help coordinate team deadlines and day-to-day organisation to keep things running smoothly.
- Format and update documents and presentations to a high standard.
Stakeholder management and PA/EA community (10%)
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a professional and reliable point of contact.
- Work closely with the wider PA/EA community, contributing to a collaborative and supportive network.
- Provide ad hoc holiday cover for EA to CFO / other PAs/EAs

- Developed strong relationships with fellow PAs and EAs across the business.
- Successfully adapted your style to different stakeholders and ways of working.
- Created effective ways of working that enhance your Directors’ output and efficiency.
- Built a good understanding of the Finance and AdPower functions and how your Directors’ roles fit into the wider business.

- Relationship building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy in grammar and formatting, with a strong eye for detail across documents, presentations, expenses and general admin.
- Systems confidence: Great administration skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft products and a track record of picking up new systems quickly.
- Confidentiality and integrity: Able to manage private and sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
- Resilience, flexibility and positivity: Resilient and tenacious, able to manage a busy workload and changing priorities while maintaining a positive outlook and a good sense of humour.
