    • Ensure the Director is fully prepared for meetings, with agendas, papers, briefing notes and actions in place
    • Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries and other logistics as required
    • Track follow-up actions and key deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
    • Create and format presentations, documents and meeting materials to a high standard
    • Build a strong understanding of AdPower, its priorities and stakeholders so you can anticipate needs and provide effective support
  • Team support and coordination (20%):

    • Coordinate team meetings, room bookings, refreshments and virtual set-up
    • Organise and support team events, offsites, socials and wider business activities
    • Process expenses, purchase orders and invoices accurately and on time
    • Help manage team deadlines and general day-to-day organisation
  • Stakeholder management and ways of working (ongoing):
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the business
    • Work closely with the wider PA/EA community
    • Use initiative to spot issues early, solve problems and improve processes
    • Look for ways to simplify administration and make the Director and team more effective
