Your Role: Programmatic Manager
Are you a programmatic specialist with a passion for both sales and trading? If you thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment where you can shape the future of programmatic Outdoor and Audio advertising, this role is for you.
As a Programmatic Manager at Global, you’ll combine your Programmatic expertise with strong agency relationships to drive programmatic revenue across our Outdoor and Audio portfolios. You’ll work with some of the biggest names in media and advertising, helping agencies unlock the potential of the DAX SSP. From pitching to campaign setup and optimization, you’ll own the full journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate programmatic revenue across the Outdoor & Audio portfolios of Global and our partners, through the DAX platform.
- Own the end-to-end process — from initial sale through to PMP setup, campaign monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Build and nurture relationships with key media agencies, trading desks, and programmatic teams.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and tech teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and continual product improvement based on client needs.
- Maintain a clear and accurate pipeline, providing timely revenue forecasts and internal reports.
- Drive programmatic audio and outdoor education and advocacy within agencies, ensuring Global is front of mind for briefs and innovative campaigns.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Global’s overarching programmatic sales strategy, working closely with senior leadership and agency-aligned sales teams

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you’ll have:
- Delivered strong programmatic revenue performance across your agency patch
- Managed a robust, accurate sales pipeline
- Implemented a clear business plan for your agency patch
- Mastered the DAX platform and internal reporting systems.
- Established strong relationships with key agency contacts across planning, programmatic, and trading teams
What You’ll Need
- Programmatic Expertise: Deep understanding of the programmatic supply chain, with hands-on experience across DSPs or SSPs.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with DOOH and/or audio markets is a plus.
- Presentation & Communication: Confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills — able to educate and excite agency teams.
- Data Savvy: Comfortable interpreting performance data and using insights to drive optimisation.
- Collaborative Spirit: A real team player who can work across departments and personalities.
- Problem Solver: Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think creatively under pressure.
