Your Role: Partnerships Administration Executive
Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual who is proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, if you’ve got a sharp eye for spotting anomalies and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this is the job for you.
As a Partnerships Administration Executive at Global, you will be processing landlord invoices, drafting contracts, letters, and termination notices, and maintaining accurate records across all systems. The successful candidate will also manage updates to Fusion data, ensuring consistency and highlighting any inconsistencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice & VAT Management (30%): Responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of landlord invoices, including VAT validation and self-billing, while ensuring accurate filing and documentation.
- Administrative Support (30%): Maintain accurate records on key systems, assist with rent adjustments, setting up new owners, contracts and data cleansing.
- Document Management (20%): Drafting, amending, and issuing contracts and other legal documents to landlords, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Inbox Monitoring (20%): Manage landlord account queries inbox acting as the main point of contact for VAT-related queries, liaising directly with landlords to resolve issues efficiently and maintain compliance.

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you’ll have:
- Taken ownership of processing invoices and filing systems
- Implemented all changes to fusion data
- Drafting contracts, letters & filing efficiently and in a timely manner
