Warehouse Operative
Your Role: Warehouse Operative
Based on our premises at Enfield Warehouse, you will be responsible for the preparation of Bus and London Underground adverts.
The role ensures our fixing teams and contractors get their work on time and the campaigns are posted withing our service level agreements.
In this fast-paced, varied role you will have shared responsibility for handling all aspects of operational delivery including, but not limited to, booking in and preparing adverts, carrying out stock checks, flagging up quality issues with campaigns.
As a warehouse operative you will be working both alone and as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete your work and strive to maintain the business performance targets.
As a Warehouse Operative at Global, you will:
Key Responsibilities
Preparing Bus and London Underground adverts
Unloading goods by hand, with trolleys or forklift trucks
Booking in and flagging up any issues with campaigns
Carrying out stock control on a regular basis
Liaising with other departments, and external suppliers on delivery schedules and requirements
Keeping the work areas safe, clean and tidy.

What Success Looks Like
- Familiarised yourself with our internal IT systems (Postracker, CAS)
- Gained experience on how to prepare all formats of Bus and London Underground adverts
- Follow and understand safety protocols, especially when moving large packages and using heavy equipment
- Learned how to operate compactors, wet rolling machines and laminators
- Learned how to drive a forklift truck

- Forklift license is preferable, but not essential
