As a Producer, Capital Dance at Global, you will:

Key Responsibilities

Plan, script, produce and execute high-quality, topical and entertaining output that reflects the Capital Dance brand and delivers standout content across on-air and multi-platform moments.

  • Talent, Guest & Project Coordination (15%): Build strong working relationships with presenters, guests, bookers, internal teams and external partners. Coordinate briefs, logistics, timings, studios and communication to ensure talent, interviews and projects run smoothly and professionally.

  • Station Operations & Output Management (15%): Support the smooth day-to-day running of Capital Dance through logs, scheduling, production changes, asset loading and operational workflows. Work confidently across systems such as Zetta and support the implementation of seasonal, promotional and branded production.

  • Digital, Commercial & Cross-Team Collaboration (15%): Work closely with digital, branded content, sound design, PR and wider programming teams to develop ideas that connect across platforms, support commercial objectives and strengthen the Capital Dance brand.

What You’ll Love About This Role

  • Think Big: Produce MistaJam and create engaging content on the UK’s most listened to dance radio station.

  • Own It: Take real ownership of key shows, interviews and major Capital Dance projects.

  • Keep it Simple: Turn ideas into brilliant, well-organised execution across on-air, digital and station activity.

  • Better Together: Work closely with presenters, digital, sound design, PR, branded content and programming teams across the wider Capital brand.
