Compliance & Quality Control – 20%: Ensure all content meets LBC’s high editorial standards and regulatory requirements, applying strong knowledge of media law, Ofcom regulations and Global’s editorial guidelines.
Post-Show Content & Digital Engagement – 15%: Identify opportunities to repurpose and develop the strongest moments from the programme for LBC’s website, app and social media platforms, helping the show reach new and existing audiences.

Better Together: You’ll work alongside some of the best people in the business and be part of Britain’s biggest commercial news talk brand.
What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you’ll have:
Built strong relationships with Tom and the wider LBC team, creating seamless collaboration across the programme.
Helped set the daily agenda, balancing breaking news with original and engaging angles on the day’s biggest stories.
Secured great guests and contributors who elevate the conversation and resonate with listeners.
