Your new role: Artist Relations Executive
As an Artist Relations Executive at Global, you will work at the heart of the music and entertainment world, helping secure the next big artists for our key brands. You’ll forge strong relationships with emerging artists and their teams, and help create standout promotional campaigns that feel fresh, creative, and aligned with both artist and brand values.
Key Responsibilities
To be responsible for securing the hottest and most exciting up and coming artists across our key brands whilst staying across music releases and UK promo visits.
To deliver new creative ideas that support the integration of artists into Global's platforms, pushing the boundaries of traditional promo runs and campaigns.
Cultivate strong relationships with emerging artists, managers, and record labels by attending key networking events and gigs, positioning Global as their first-choice partner.
Work with artists and managers to create campaigns that resonate with their vision, and achieve Global's objectives.
To attend pluggers meetings and record label playbacks to stay across future releases.
Stay ahead of pop culture trends, identifying and securing guests from viral moments & securing and sharing these opportunities with teams across the business. Ensuring Global's platforms remain fresh, relevant, and compelling.
To be flexible in how we work, supporting the Artist & Entertainment team across all areas when needed, being that support system is key within this role.
This role will act as a liaison between the Music & Entertainment team and producers, marketing, digital team and commercial to get the most out of artist promo opportunities.

In your first few months, you’ll have:
· Booked a series of exciting new artists and delivered original creative integration ideas.
· Built solid relationships with key industry contacts across labels and management.
· Identified pop culture opportunities and turned them into engaging guest features.
· Worked cross-functionally to deliver on artist campaigns that hit both brand and artist goals.

· Talent Spotting: An instinct for discovering artists early and knowing who’s going to blow up.
· Creativity: A constant stream of new ideas for integrating artists into on-air and digital platforms.
· Communication: Clear, confident communicator able to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
· Flexibility: Willingness to support the wider Artist & Entertainment team whenever needed.
· Relationship Building: Experience working with labels, managers, and artists—and the drive to build long-term trust.
· Client & Brand Insight: The ability to align content with both client and Global brand identities.
· Building Trust: Creating and maintaining an inclusive environment where diverse views and experiences are welcomed and celebrated in your team.
